Harborside Resort Villas sit right on the Atlantis Paradise Island property, next to Marina Village where the yachts are docked — one of the best places on the island to wander, people-watch, and hang out. Units are available as smaller or larger 1-bedroom villas (sleep 4) or 2-bedroom villas (sleep 8).

Every unit has a kitchen, which is a real advantage here. Food and restaurants on the island can get expensive, so being able to cook some meals makes a noticeable difference. That way you can save up for that celebrity chef restaurant. The villas also come with what is often the only reliably functioning hot tub on the entire Atlantis property and a small but fully functional work out area at no extra charge. As a Harborside guest you get full access to the Atlantis grounds the same as any other resort guest — the aquariums, beach, casino, pools, and water park are all included. It’s a convenient way to stay on the property with more space and a kitchen while still having everything Atlantis offers right outside.

Check in is at the front desk. Credit cards are ??required?? at check-in. It is a cashless resort. There will be a hold but nothing will be charged on the card except charges you elect to make to the room and/or damages caused by your party to the rental unit - just like any hotel. Rooms are assigned at check-in.. Check-in is typically 4 p.m., check-out 10 a.m. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking available.

REFUNDS
We have an official “no refunds” policy. We’ve been able to work out our few cancellations without keeping anyone’s money - something we aren’t keen to do. Cancellations at under 61 days put us in a tight spot. As long as the unit ends up renting out, then we will issue a refund.
