Ownership Details

- Annual floating week (Mariner season)

- Resort affiliated with Interval International
- Maintenance fees are current (approximately $900/year)
- No mortgage or loan balance

After nearly 40 years of ownership, I've decided to retire and no longer travel to California often enough to justify keeping it. I'm simply looking for a new owner who will enjoy the resort.
