I have a rental agreement contract for your safety and mine. You will receive a reservation # in your name, verifiable by the resort. Hilton charges a $169 fee per reservation for booking and a guest certificate, which is in addition to the cost per point. Total cost for a standard 2 bedroom week would be around $2,185, which includes all taxes/fees. Offseason weeks / other room types will vary in price; you can book any HGVC non-MAX resort through the base ownership program. The minimum number of points to rent is 6,000 points for $1,080 plus reservation fee and guest certificate, with a maximum of 32,000 points for $5,760 plus reservation fee and guest certificate.
