In March while on vacation in Sedona, we checked on this Deed's availability. HGV is sold out and will not have further 2 bedroom penthouse deeds available as the property is built out.

Original purchased price was $177,000 in 2021. Last time we got a quote on a new deed (Sept 2024) was $237,000!!
