Christmas Week in Maui at Newest Resort $3,295 1BR

Most prized week of the year in Hawaii at the newest resort. I am an individual owner (not a company) and my plans have changed so I am selling the Christmas week I have reserved. I require a signed TUG timeshare use agreement and a $100 deposit to transfer the reservation to your name. Once in your name you can verify the reservation with the resort and the remaining payment is due within 7 days. I accept Venmo / Zelle. I have been an owner for over 12 years- happy to chat about ownership, the reservation process, or answer any questions. Cancel up to 90 days from reservation date, but $100 reservation fee is non-refundable.

The bathroom includes a vanity with a single sink, a backlit mirror, backlit make-up mirror and walk-in shower with a wall-mounted rain shower head. The toilet has a washlet fully enclosed. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed, 65-inch TV and dining table for four. The suite's fully equipped kitchen features a sink with a waste disposer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, electric range with oven, built-in microwave and washer/dryer unit.
