Free oceanfront Hilton Grand Vacations ownership in Myrtle Beach, with a full year of vacation already paid for.

You pay nothing to take it. I pay all closing costs and every Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) fee, including the resale activation fee, and the 2027 maintenance fee is already paid in full. The price on the contract is a nominal $1.

What you get is a deeded One Bedroom Plus at Ocean 22 Vacation Suites, 2200 N Ocean Blvd, directly on the beach, with 4,800 HGV ClubPoints every year (deeded Unit 1206, Week 48, Silver season, which at Ocean 22 is weeks 1 to 7 and 48 to 50). For 2027 you get 9,600 points to use, because my 2026 points are saved into 2027. The points book Ocean 22 or any HGV Club resort.

Your only cost in 2027 is your own HGV Club dues ($242), and nothing at all if you already own HGV points. From 2028 the yearly maintenance fee is yours, $1,021 for 2027, due each January 1, about $0.21 a point.

Clean and simple. No loan, the satisfaction is recorded in Horry County, HGV confirmed in writing on October 13, 2026 that nothing is owed, and 2027 is paid. Closing runs through a South Carolina closing attorney's escrow (Timeshare Title South Carolina, Wilson Law Firm), paid by me. You sign a short purchase contract and place a $150 deposit in escrow, returned to you at closing. The developer holds a right of first refusal; if it exercises, it buys on the same terms and your deposit comes straight back. Either way, I pay the costs.
