Owners have day use access throughout the year and not only during their assigned week.
Points can be used at all HGVC locations and exchangeable through RCI

We are finding it difficult to use our week or points now that we have dogs - and getting older. We normally exchange our points for Hawaii. We also find good value being local to our resort and taking frequent advantage of day use at the resort anytime for free.

Seller will pay expected transfer fees of $1095 using LT Transfers.

From my research, Hilton will bill the new owner the following after the transfer:
$617 (Club Activation Fee) Will be billed directly by Hilton once transferred.
$219.00 (Club Dues; if not HGVC points member) Will be billed directly by Hilton once transferred.
All these fees are Hilton fees, not seller fees.
