MarBrisa, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club Deed for (1BR) 5,440 Points Gold Season (initially purchased for the third week in January which includes the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday (Sunday to Sunday) but can be traded for anytime where points are avialable.

Maintenance Fee: $1,538.82. 2026 MF has been paid. Due every January 1, notified early December by email. Don't be late; it's a $79 late fee.

Usage: 3,200 points remain for 2026

Exchanges: RCI and Hilton Honors. After staying at MarBrisa a few times, we decided we prefer quieter and more secluded vacations. We then exchanged our points to visit outlying areas near National Parks and many other more comfortable than a hotel room resort locations. Now that we are older, our travel is now limited; thus we are giving up our timeshare. Simply looking for someone to take it over.

This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, located exclusively in The Pointe neighborhood, features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. A generous living room includes a separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The suite also features a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils. A connecting door leads to an adjacent studio unit which may be booked as a 2LK to form a 2-bedroom lock-off. Each unit includes a patio or balcony. Complimentary community laundry facilities are available in each building. Please note that The Pointe neighborhood has no elevators, stair access may be necessary. If you require an elevator, then please book a unit in The Cove neighborhood.
