HGV Points and Deeded week for sale

These points are in the US Collection, and have a 13 month reservation window. We have enjoyed using them for more than 20 years, but are developing health issues that make travel difficult. We have stayed many times in Hawaii, Europe, and throughout the USA using the points and also have a gold week at HGV Mar Brisa, with 4,000 points. Gold week at Mar Brisa has two floating periods-1/3 through 5/22, and 10/24-12/18. Maintenance fees at Mar Brisa were $1,155 last year; at Hilton Grand Vacations last year $12, 958. These points can be used at Hilton properties and ownership also includes RCI exchanges. Offer also includes 54,766, 2026 points. Buyer pays all transfer fees and closing costs.
