Points can be used starting from 2027.
All 2026 points have been fully used (2026 maintenance fees are fully paid).
Reservations in 2026 can still be made using 2027 points.

Closing cost is $395, estoppel fee is $102, and transfer fee is $504.
The ownership transfer will be completed safely through TRCS.

The buyer is responsible for the closing cost of $395 and estoppel fee of $102.
The seller will cover the transfer fee of $504.

(Buyer) After the transfer, activation($736) and club dues are paid directly to Hilton.
(Club dues are waived if you are already an HGV owner.)
