Cancellation Policy: Strict — no refunds. Christmas week cannot be remarketed on short notice. Owner cancellation: 100% refund within 5 business days.
Why no resort fees? HGVC has confirmed to me directly that no additional resort fees or parking charges apply to guests checking in on an owner's Home Week reservation. Your total cost is $3,200 — nothing more owed at check-in.
