2 BR Platinum every year - 11,200 points

This is an annual 2BR Platinum unit at the HGVC at Flamingo resort in Las Vegas. You can use the unit at the resort (home week) or opt for using the 11,200 points each year as Club Points. It is fully paid for and maintenance fees are current. First use can be either 2027, unless buyer wants to reimburse for 2026 Maintenance Fees.. HGVC does not have Right of First Refusal (ROFR) at this resort.

MF are less the voluntary ARDA fee and do not include the Club Dues.

Seller (me) will pay closing costs
Buyer responsible for Activation fees due to HGVC.

Closing and Escrow will be handled via LT Transfers.
