This deed is for the Gold Season, which are weeks 19-22 and 36-41. Reservations made in this season can be booked 12 months out. This ownership will also allow you to use your 8,000 Hilton points at any Hilton timeshare resort, when booked 9 months out or less. Points can also be banked for a year or converted into Hilton Honors hotel points. Owner may also exchange their reservation for a different resort through RCI or rent out their reservation.

Seller has 3 identical weeks for sale, each with a 2026 reservation available for a buyer to utilize or change. Buyer can purchase multiple weeks together and save on closing costs.

Buyer to pay closing costs of approx. $1,062 plus a $99 Estoppel fee. We use a local escrow and title company that provides title insurance on all sales. Escrow is approx. 60 days, and title transfer is another 10 weeks on average at the resort.

Once ownership is transferred to the buyer Hilton invoices them for Club dues in the amount of $299.00 (domestic) and a Club Activation Fee of $655.00. Membership is voluntary.

Hawaii charges a mandatory transient tax at checkout after each stay, approx. $25 per night.
