Points can also be banked for a year or converted into Hilton Honors hotel points. Owner may also exchange their reservation for a different resort through RCI or rent out their reservation.

Buyer to pay closing costs of approx. $1,062 plus a $99 Estoppel fee. We use a local escrow and title company that provides title insurance on all sales. Escrow is approx. 60 days, and title transfer is another 10 weeks on average at the resort.

Once ownership is transferred to the buyer Hilton invoices them for Club dues in the amount of $299.00 (domestic) and a Club Activation Fee of $655.00. Membership is voluntary.

Hawaii charges a mandatory transient tax at checkout after each stay, approx. $25 per night.

Resort has Right of First Refusal. Buyer will not receive higher levels of owner status within Hilton with a resale.

Unit Description: 2BR has twice the balcony due to having a corner unit with balcony on both outer walls. It has the most interior floor area, offers floors 3-23 faces away from the resort making it quieter. In reserving the unit, HGV offers a choice of 2BR or 2RL. 2BR is truly premium. Tip: a week before check-in, call the lobby and request to add a request for an upper floor. We have not been disappointed.
