HGVC Paradise 1BR Platinum - 2026 Maintenance Fees Paid

This is a 1BR every year Platinum at HGVC Paradise. 7,680 points annually, 6,932 points available for 2026 (went over a bit in 2025). We've used this unit to go to Las Vegas in peak periods like New Years Eve. Sometimes staying at Paradise, sometimes at Elara, Flamingo or BLVD. Convenient easy walking to: Sahara, Westgate, Convention Center and the Monorail which will get you to the remainder of the strip. Why are we selling: We have 2 timeshares in Las Vegas and our travel style has been changing - we're keeping one, and selling one.

To keep us both secure, I will require a contract, and will be using a 3rd party to manage the transfer of ownership - I will cover the fees. You will need to cover Hilton's current fees to add the unit to your HGVC account. Please feel free to reach out by email if you have any questions.
