I am looking to transfer ownership of my timeshare at Liki Tiki Village (now a Hilton Vacation Club / Aqua Sol resort). It is owned completely outright, and all maintenance fees are 100% current and up to date.

I love the resort, but my travel needs have changed, and I am willing to give this away for FREE ($0) to a good home.

To make this an entirely risk-free deal for the new owner, I will cover 100% of the closing costs and transfer fees.

Resort & Unit Details:
Resort Name: Liki Tiki Village (Hilton Vacation Club / Aqua Sol)
Location: 17777 Bali Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747 (Just minutes from Disney World)
Unit Size: 2 Bedroom Standard (fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area)
Season/Week: Week 40 (Annual usage, typically early October—great, milder weather for Florida!). Check-in date is flexible either Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Maintenance Fees: Approximately $1,487.28 annually (Fully paid for the current cycle).

The Financials:
Purchase Price: $0 (Free!)
Closing Costs: Paid by Seller (Me). I prefer to use a reputable, TUG-approved closing company like Legal Timeshare Transfers or LT Transfers to ensure a smooth legal handover.
Current Year Usage: 2026 usage is available to the buyer at no cost!
