This is for an ocean front or ocean view (reserved as oceanfront) 2 BR 2 BA lockoff unit, perfect for close-in (walking distance) Bike Week action. This non-smoking, no-pets resort is adjacent to the Wyndham Oceanwalk, 4 blocks North of Main Street. The MBR side of the unit has a Queen bed, full bath with shower, full kitchen w/ microwave, dining table, and a pull-out Queen sofa bed. The lock-off unit has a King bed, full bath with shower plus a tub, and a kitchenette w/microwave, fridge, and cooktop. There are 3 flat-screen TVs total. There is a large heated pool and a spa outdoors, a Tiki Bar, a Business center, and fitness equipment. Free gas barbecues, and the free washers/ dryers are only steps from your door. The week runs from Sunday to Sunday, 01 to 08 March 2026, and please contact me with questions. THIS RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WELL BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE IF NOT RENTED, SO ACT QUICKLY IF INTERESTED. A 50% deposit will hold it for you, with final payment due February 1st. Cashier's check, Wal-Mart Moneygram, USPS money Order, and Personal check is accepted. Upon final payment clearance, I will email a Guest Certificate which will allow you to check in. There are no other fees or taxes. The resort will ask for a refundable deposit. You will enjoy staying at this small, friendly resort for Bike Week!
