Deluxe Ocean - Ocean Front View Sept 19-26

Wonderful resort my family enjoys every year. It is a deluxe ocean view/ocean front. We have always gotten ocean front, however the view is noted and only guaranteed as a Deluxe Ocean View. This is a one bedroom with kitchenette, large bathroom with tub, shower and two sinks. It sleeps 4.

Kitchen: Coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and full sized refrigerator
Entertainment: TV, DVD player, internet and telephone.
Other Features: Air conditioning and lanai with seating.
This facility is nonsmoking. No pets allowed at resort. Minimum check-in age is 21
There is an additional occupancy tax that is approximately $25/day for one bedroom units.

Note there is currently some resort renovation underway and construction activity may occasionally be present. Parking is free.

There is a bar, and small take-out type restaurant and snack bar. The location is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks. There is a grilling area located on property.
