Close to the Lake, Restaurants, Shopping, Etc.!

(Please don't waste your time contacting me for anything other than your interest in renting my unit--I have zero interest in buying, selling or presentations on timeshares!!!)

I also posted this on another site, so please hurry if interested. I have been a TUG member for decades and when I rent or exchange, I prefer keeping it in our happy family :)
Well, look up this location yourself to verify: Though it's not posh, the reviews are very good--clean, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, good restaurant on site, and your choice of valet parking ($30 per day I last heard) or free self-parking. I've noticed at other resorts Hilton took over from Diamond that Hilton made/is making excellent improvements.
This is for a Standard One Bedroom Unit with a limit of four humans, no pets (sorry, when will our timeshare resorts evolve?). Please do not sublet--it makes it just too complicated!
I REQUESTED A LAKE VIEW for this unit, as I always ask resorts for a view unit, and I was to told, again as always, "We'll write it down, but can't guarantee it." So to be safe, I clicked here that it's "assigned at check in" but I hope, hope, hope you'll have a view of the lake, a lovely view! (HINT: In my experience over the years at many resorts, the later my check-in on that first day, the less my chances are of getting a view unit.)

As I am a Hilton owner, you lucky person will be my guest and NOT hit with one of those blasted resort fees times seven. I double checked this for you.

This is considered a top time of year for a stay at beautiful Lake Tahoe!
