There are two 2-bedroom units, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 12, one oceanfront, one city view
Usually over July 4th- week 26
Oceanfront suite has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sleeps 6, begins on a Friday, 2 balconies, parking included
City View suite has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sleeps 6, begins on a Saturday, parking included

If you ask in advance, the resort will put the two units on the same floor, usually the 8th floor
The yearly fee is due Jan 1 and is paid through Dec 2025.

The price is firm (and quite a bargain for two units and July 4!)
