SPLITTING THE UNIT- this is having the smaller side: 1 bedroom/1 bath/kitchenette unit for one full week then another separate week with the larger side:1 bedroom/1 bath/full kitchen/fireplace side. Free designated indoor garage parking and also outdoor parking exclusively for timeshare owners. There is a free shuttle on property (and it also goes into town) so if you don't want to walk you can ride. You will have access to the Ridge Clubhouse for restaurant dining, adult and kiddie pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, gym and spa, plus the marketplace gift/shop. It is a beautiful spot and offers so much to do in either winter or summer. You can book a winter ski week or summer lake/beach week vacation, whatever you desire in that particular year. The Heavenly Ski resort backs up to the resort and there is a ski lift that comes right to the resort. The maintenance fee is due on Jan 1 of each yr.
