This is a well-designed, full-featured resort on Florida’s Space Coast, originally built by the owner of the Ron Jon Surf Shops with plenty of amenities and activities on-site. The property sits right next to Jetty Park and along the canal that cruise ships use when heading in and out of Port Canaveral. On clear launch nights, rocket launches from nearby Kennedy Space Center are sometimes visible from the resort. We were staying in a unit on the canal side and a late night launch lit up our unit brighter than day????.

Our unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa that sleeps up to 8 with the sofa bed. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The resort is ona large lot with a building next to the pool, a large undeveloped lot, and a building on the beach. This villa is located next to the pool, and the beach is a short walk or golf-cart ride away.

There’s a lot for kids and families to do on-site (waterslide, lazy river, pool complex, game room, theater, activities, and more), so when we stay here we often don’t see the kids much during the day — they’re usually off exploring the resort. It’s a convenient base for the beach, Jetty Park, cruise port watching, or heading over toward the Space Coast attractions.

Check in is at the front desk. Credit cards are required at check-in. There will be a hold but nothing will be charged on the card except charges you elect to make to the room and/or damages caused by your party to the rental unit - just like any hotel. Rooms are assigned at check-in.. Check-in is typically 4 p.m., check-out 10 a.m. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking available.

REFUNDS
We have an official “no refunds” policy. We’ve been able to work out our few cancellations without keeping anyone’s money - something we aren’t keen to do. Cancellations at under 61 days put us in a tight spot. As long as the unit ends up renting out, then we will issue a refund.
