150,000 per year points for HICV - South Beach Resort (Myrtle Beach)

These are POINTS that TRANSFER when sold (one of only 3 HICV resorts that transfer) and can be used at ANY of the HIVC resorts or can be exchanged for RCI or IHG points (conversion around 0.8). The home resort it is used with is South Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. The season for this contract is the fall with HOME WEEK = week 36 (around beginning of September)

It DOES NOT count toward status of HICV.

The mortgage is PAID OFF.
Buyer would be responsible for dues for 2026. If you want 2025 usage at all, must pay for 20254 maintenance fees plus a usage fee.
Buyer would be responsible for half of transfer fees.

We will use LT Transfers (have been successful with them in the past. Transfer will likely take minimum of 3 months, likely longer.

Maintenance fees were $1536.85 for 2025.
