Fantastic Resort we enjoy staying at. This deed is worth a huge 255,000pts at HICV.
This specific deed is a 3 bedroom LO, recorded as week 29, peak season (platinum) BUT floats all weeks
The last time we stayed, we enjoyed the 2 bedroom Signature Villa. movies, board game, books, etc are complimetary from front desk.
We purchased this deed from HICV in March, 2017 with purchase price of $55,152 and used another deed as trade deposit.
Today, the marketing value if purchased at HICV is over $75,000.
We have used the points to make two reservations with 2 bedrooms at other HICV resorts.
We are now 83 years young, travel alot less so want to help another family enjoy the experiences.
