We will use a reputable, licensed timeshare closing company (like LT Transfers or Hawaii Document Service) to legally transfer the deed through the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances. You will get clear title and ownership starting with the 2026 usage year which is currently booked for 2027.
We already booked the 2026 week for April 7-14, 2027, but may be able to change the dates. This week is included in your $1 purchase!
