Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort, Key West FL, Vacation Rental - 7 Nights, 2-BR- Sun 4/19-Sun 4/26/26 - $3,200

This posting is for a 7 night stay at Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort, Key West FL from Sunday April 19th, 2026 (4 pm check-in) until Sunday April 26 2026 (10:00 check-out). The property is a 50-unit Hyatt Residence Club Resort located in the heart of Key West. The unit number is 133, located on the top floor of Building One. We (my wife and I) are the unit owners since 2004 and cannot use the unit this year. April is a wonderful time of year in Key West with temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s with low humidity. The top floor unit is a townhome design, with the Master bedroom on the upper floor with a full bathroom/shower and king bed, while the main floor Guest bedroom features a king bed and a second full bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen. . There are balconies with seating on both levels with views of the pool and the Gulf. We can email floor plans if you are interested. Parking is available in the adjacent garage for a daily fee. Laundry is on each floor of the complex. There is no resort charge. Since the resort is small, no worries about poolside chairs any time as there are plenty!!!. The resort interiors were renovated in the fall of 2025, so they are brand new. I don’t have any pictures of the newly decorated units as I was there just before the renovation started. But I do have good pictures otherwise.

Payment is by check, Zelle or Venmo. Once the payment clears, I obtain a guest certificate from Hyatt Sunset Harbor that I will email to you. You must bring the guest certificate with you for check-in or you will not be able to check-in. Maximum amount of guests is six. Please e-mail any questions.

I have lots of references if needed. I own three units at Sunset Harbor and typically rent one a year and have done so for over 10 years.
