Selling our even-year fixed Diamond Week #31 with 2200 Hyatt points for CY2026 first-use. Unit is 324 (Horizon Ocean View) we have used for multiple years and love it but have other weeks too and need to sell some.

Week #31 is usually the Beginning of August. It is a great time to visit Carmel and for us it was just before school would start for kiddos but after busy travel months of June and July. 2200 points will get you any 2-bedroom throughout Hyatt (except for Carmel), even Maui.
