I am an experienced, active owner selling off surplus points. I am staying in the program and use it frequently for high-demand stays in Cabo, Tahoe, and Welk San Diego. I’m not just a seller; I’m a happy owner who knows the system and I’m happy to show the buyer how to maximize their value.

The 2026 Advantage:
These points are available for use THIS YEAR. Unlike many resale listings, where the first use isn't until the following year, the buyer of these contracts will have immediate access to their 2026 allotment upon completion of the transfer(60 days).

Why These Point Levels?
If you are looking at contracts with less than 300,000 points, you will be disappointed. To get real value out of the Hyatt/Welk ecosystem—especially when trading through Interval International (II)—you need a substantial point balance. These contracts are sized to actually get you the vacations you want without "point-starvation."

The Details:
Approval: Sale is subject to Hyatt's waiver of Right of First Refusal (ROFR). While ROFR is standard, we will manage the official approval process.

Closing: We are using Chicago Title to ensure a clean, professional transfer of ownership.
