Renovated: This resort is going through a complete renovation and redecoration with most of it completed.

Some general information from seller: We would generally convert to points and use them to stay all over...mostly Colorado (Breckenridge) for skiing, and Bonita Springs because the resort and surrounding areas are so nice, but we've gone to Key West, and San Antonio as well. I also use those points in Interval (traded for some Disney weeks). My only suggestion is to make sure you understand how the program works and if it's something that will work for you. We were traveling a lot so it's been a huge money saver.
