I’m listing my timeshare with InnSeason Vacation Club, and I want to be upfront—this is being offered for $0. I’ll also cover all closing costs to make the transfer as simple as possible.

This ownership comes with 55,000 points each year and current maintenance fees of about $85/month.

The reason I’m letting it go is simple: my family’s schedule and travel habits have changed, and we’re just not using it the way we used to. But over the years, this was something we genuinely enjoyed. Some of our best memories came from trips we probably wouldn’t have taken otherwise—getting away for a few days, slowing down, and actually spending time together without distractions.

There’s something nice about knowing you already have your vacations built in. It takes away the “should we plan something?” conversation and turns it into “where do we want to go this time?”
