Pollard Brook sits in the beautiful White Mtns of NH where you can enjoy skiing, hiking, shopping and nearby attractions. The resort offers a host of family friendly amenities which can be viewed on their website. InnSeason Vacation Club membership is points based and allows you to use your points to make reservations at any of the properties offered in the Club, or with the exchange partner RCI. The use of points gave us more flexibility in choosing vacation time. Our family has enjoyed many memorable and fun vacations, both week long stays and short get aways, with this timeshare. You can too!
The annual Maintenance Fee is paid through December, 2026.
There is an approximate $400 Transfer Fee for a sale and we will pay this.
