Free: Fixed deeded week 36 at 5 star resort - RED week

Free transfer of week 36 (2027 dates 9/5/27-9/12/27) at Pollard Brook in Lincoln NH. We have enjoyed our stays in this beautiful resort many times over the years, and also exchanged our week for a different week, or for other destinations (including Aruba). You can also exchange this week for the same or another week at one of InnSeasons' 5 member resorts, to include one in Maine and 3 in Cape Cod. The mortgage is paid, and we will pay all closing costs to include 2027 maintenance fees! Unfortunately, we are no longer able to travel and would like to see someone else enjoy this lovely resort.
Pollard Brook is located at the foot of the White Mountains, with easy access to many local attractions and the North Conway outlet shops. The resort offers a fitness center, game room, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, and onsite movie theater and laundry facilities. The unit sleeps 6 with a private balcony, an electric fireplace, a full kitchen and a jetted tub. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground on the grounds, and scenic hiking trails are available nearby. Loon Mountain Resort and the town of Lincoln's shops and restaurants are a quick walk from the resort.
