Paid-in-full InnSeason points ownership available for transfer. We originally paid approximately $15,000 for this ownership. There is no mortgage or loan balance, and we are offering the ownership for $0.

This is a POINTS-BASED ownership — there is no single home resort or fixed week. InnSeason has resort properties throughout New England, and the points provide flexibility to choose when and where you travel based on availability.

• 90,000 InnSeason points issued annually
• 165,000 points currently available
• No home resort or fixed week
• Points can be banked for future use
• Points can be borrowed from a future year
• Access to InnSeason resort properties in New England
• RCI access for additional exchange destinations
• Ownership is completely paid off — no mortgage or loan balance

FEES:

• Purchase price: $0
• Current management fee: $109/month ($1,308 annually)
• InnSeason transfer fee: $400
• Buyer is responsible for the 2027 management fee, which InnSeason requires to be PAID IN FULL before the ownership can be transferred
• The exact 2027 management fee has not yet been provided. The current annual management fee is $1,308 for reference.

BUYER'S COST TO TAKE OVER OWNERSHIP:

$400 InnSeason transfer fee + required 2027 management fee.

There is NO purchase price payable to us.

We originally paid approximately $15,000 for this ownership and are not looking to recover that cost. We simply no longer use it enough to justify keeping it and would rather transfer it to someone who can enjoy the points and travel opportunities.
