Clean, comfortable unit in a well maintained resort, loaded with amenities and located across the street from ocean with full beach access. 1 Dollar is the total cost for your 2027 stay! The maintenance fee (due Jan 1st, 2027) will be paid in advance along with escrow costs and transfer fees. This resort charges property tax separate from the maintenance fee so that owners can deduct on their income tax return. It is due by August 31 each year. The current tax of $170.60 will be paid by the due date. The buyer will be responsible for the property tax due 8/31/27 which will apply to the 2029 entitlement.
