Owner gets four weeks a year assigned on a rotating schedule. There was no option for this in the ad form.

Beautiful rooms, super close to the beach, quiet in the winter, beach is clean. Resort has waterfront access and forest trails.

Port Townsend is an adorable water front town. So close to all the amazing sites and activities of the Olympic Peninsula.

Trades very well with Interval International and RCI. 2026 has weeks of July 3 and Sep 25 available. I deposited Jan 16, April 10 and Dec. 18 already. Every five or so years you get five weeks because of the cleaning schedule.

There is a Main HOA annual fee of around 250 and a few dollars in property tax once a year on top of the already low quarterly maintenance fee. ($510) I pay 180 a month and it covers it.
