Beautiful peaceful villa overlooking the golf course and the blue Pacific ocean

This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with full kitchen villa adjacent to Kona Country Club golf course and near Keauhou Bay in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.. It is a floating week from weeks 17 to 34 in the summer months. Reservations can be made two years from date of reservation, which is a positive feature to ensure getting the best view villa. Currently reservations are made for 2027 and 2028 with a request for a specific villa overlooking the golf course with ocean views. Note - Views are offered, first come, first served with this timeshare. We have had this property for about 25 years and have thoroughly enjoyed occupying it every year but it has come time to stop traveling. Rather than deed it back to Wyndham, we have decided to pass it on to someone to enjoy hopefully as much as we have. Maintenance fees for 2027 are to be paid by new owner. First usage is 7/29/2027 but can be changed, but probably wouldn’t be able get villa I have requested if changed. There are no guarantees that new owner will be able to use requested villa.
