The Deal: We have loved owning here, but our travel style has changed, and i am looking to pass this wonderful property on to a new owner who will enjoy it. To make this an entirely risk-free transaction for you, We will personally cover 100% of the closing costs and the resort's internal transfer fees using a licensed, independent timeshare closing company (like LT Transfers).
