Christmas weeks have consistently sold because this week causes nightly rates to go through the roof.
The 1/1 unit for Christmas week is a magical time in Big Bear. We have enjoyed this in person, traded for other destinations for the holidays, and rented with a net operating profit.
However, we are selling the week now as we are moving and expect not be near Big Bear. We also bought a truck and camper for travel, so changing gears.
The unit can be reserved but you get Christmas week every year, an extra week is added periodically due to calendar issues.
