Great resort with a fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue grills, picnic tables, beach volleyball, and a roof top observation deck on the sixteenth floor with awesome views. Note: the pool is closed for renovations at this time. The building has an elevator. Cable TV and Wifi Internet are provided. Nonsmoking property and rooms. Smoking only in designated areas.

This two bedroom unit faces the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The living room includes sliding glass doors out to the front balcony which faces the beach. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator and equipped with cooking and eating supplies, a dining area, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony.

The area has easy access to popular restaurants and shopping in Panama City Beach. There are many exciting activities available close by.
A visit to Saint Andrews State Park is an absolute must! You can schedule a dolphin tour, rent a pontoon boat, go fishing or swimming or just walk the beaches and the long piers to enjoy the fresh air.

Off street parking is included for one car. Check-in after 4 pm/check-out by 10 am. Sorry no pets allowed. Smoking only in designated areas. The resort will require valid ID and a credit card for your security deposit at check in. Minimum check-in age is 25.
