Three total weeks of Lawai beach resort for sale

This is for a two bedroom, two bath unit in the Banyan Building. It consists of an odd year week and an even year week, Essentially an annual week. But I will sell the every other year weeks separately if someone only wants a week every other year. EOY weeks are $300 per week. If you buy both weeks, the total would be $500. Escrow to be split between the buyer and seller. The buyer pays the resort transfer fees.
The EOY even week is rented for 2026.
