This contract includes 20 rental weeks to use until 2032 at any of the 3 resorts near Puerto Vallarta. Marival Emotions: Large resort, family oriented, studio to 3 bedrooms available. Program includes 14 free nights annually in a studio room; all inclusive fee mandatory. Marival Residences: Upscale smaller resort with well appointed 1-3 bedroom condo units; private beach; 4 restaurants; 4 star food and beverages; all inclusive fee mandatory. Rancho Banderas is in Punta Mita: Oceanfront condos, various sizes; shared amenities with their newest resort, "Armony". All inclusive fee optional. Room charge is fixed at all 3 resorts until 2032 and based on size and location of unit(s) requested. Daily all inclusive fees are based on season. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
