The one bedroom villa has a king bed and a master bath with walk in shower and jetted tub. The large living room has space , private balcony, dining area and a pull-out sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer / dryer in the unit.
Every unit has a private balcony with a water view. Floor and choice between Atlantic or Intracoastal is your request, but assigned by the resort at check-in.

Parking next door is $40 a day for one parking spot.
