Marriott's Beach Place Tower is directly across A1A from the main beach in Ft. Lauderdale. Convenient to dozens of bars and restaurants.

$40 discount to pay by Zelle or check without fees to me.

I also have a 1BR reservation available.

The studio has a king bed and a mini kitchen (no cook top) Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and wet bar.

Every unit has a private balcony with a water view. Floor and choice between Atlantic or Intracoastal is your request, but assigned by the resort at check-in.

Parking next door is $40 a day for one parking spot.
