Due to our age and health issues, we have decided to sell our silver season deeded Gulf Front Crystal Shores, Marco Island, Fl. timeshare after almost 20 years of ownership. The unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two queen size beds. The bedrooms are separated in the middle by dinning area table and a living room area which has a pull out sofa couch/bed that can be used as a double bed. The unit can accommodate 8 sleeping areas. Also, in the center of the unit is a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher along with a toaster, coffeemaker, pots & pans, food containers, dishes and eating utensils. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit. The resort has three swimming pools, one with a water slide. The deeded week is for the Silver season with availability for 2027 occupancy.
