I’m new to listing on TUG. I’ve always used Redweek, but they have added so many fees that it ups the buyer’s cost by hundreds of dollars, so I thought I’d try here to keep the rental amount reasonable.

Spring is one of the best times to visit Las Vegas! The temperatures are very nice, and not scorching hot, plus there are typically a lot of activities.

As an owner, parking is complimentary, which will pass to you (just tip the valet). I’ve requested a high floor with a view of the strip and it usually works, but it all depends on the resort’s availability. I’m not able to guarantee the floor or view.
I require payment immediately via Venmo or Zelle. Venmo is preferred. I cannot offer refunds, so please be certain of your plans. I’ll always do my very best to work with you if you need to make any changes. I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is typically very reasonable at $100-$150. Unfortunately, due to flaky renters, no cancellations are honored.
