Kauai…One of the most beautiful islands. The reservation is confirmed for this week and verifiable.
The two-bedroom Ocean View villa suite (1044 square feet) overlooks the beach and Kauai's lush cliffs descending into
the ocean. Your rooms are elegantly decorated and each of the two separate bedrooms includes its own
private bathroom, king-sized bed, television, security safe and small refrigerator. The master bedroom
has a sitting area. Both bedrooms have a full sliding glass door access to a balcony overlooking the
beach. Lanais outside each bedroom face the ocean.

The living room/kitchenette area has its own balcony (and patio furniture) overlooking the beach:
dining area, mini kitchen (sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes), pull-down
queen Murphy bed in living room, sofa, chair, TV, and DVD player.

Included on site are BBQ grills, pool towels and lounge chairs. Coin operated washer/dryers. Golf
course adjacent to property (pro shop within walking distance) and tennis courts are available nearby.
The protected harbor makes this one of the safest beaches for kids. There are beach volleyball courts
and rentals of boogie boards, kayaks etc. Lots of shade trees can be found next to the beach along with
lounge chairs and fresh beach towels.

Our favorite location is the ocean view villa in the Kahili tower, part of the fabulous 5-star resort which is a "signature"
beach resort. The Marriott-managed timeshare villas are part of the 5-star Royal Sonesta Hotel (as of
2021) complex and enjoy all the benefits of the hotel including the state's largest freshwater swimming
pool, 5 hot tubs, pool-side dining, room service, valet parking, concierge, restaurants, bars, access to a
business office with fax and computers, barber/beauty shop, gift shops, news-stands, wake up calls,
voice mail, free internet, etc. The grounds are beautifully manicured with a koi pond, waterfall, outdoor seating areas, unbelievably
beautiful artwork, sculptures, plants and walking paths.

Valet parking is $30 per day but free parking is a short walk away on property. You will be responsible
for Hawaii occupancy tax.

A Rental Agreement Contract will be provided. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of
reservation, with the remaining balance due 65 days before check-in. Your name will be added to the
reservation once the deposit is received.
