Guaranteed, prime June 2027 week at one of Oahu's premier oceanfront resorts. This oversized 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, ocean view Villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests -making it the ideal choice for families or groups looking for luxury, convenience, and direct access to pristine beaches, top-tier dinning, shopping and entertainment.

Features & Amenities: Full kitchen, separate dinning and living areas, in-villa washer/ dryer, and 42" flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. Outdoor: Private balcony or patio featuring commanding ocean views. High floor request will be submitted on the reservation. Final unit assignment is made by the resort at the time of check-in. Some ocean views may be partially obstructed (Landscaping, etc.). Parking privileges: Free self-parking for one vehicle included with reservation.

Resort Facilities and Activities: Direct beachfront lagoon access with dedicated sunbathing and activity areas. Heated outdoor pools, spas/ hot tubs, and a dedicated children's pool. Onsite Fitness center, kids activity center, outdoor play area, game room, Daily activities programs for all ages.

On-site dining options include Longboards Bar & Grill and the Nai'a Pool Bar. The Marketplace is an onsite store and snack bar featuring cold drinks, necessities and a Starbucks espresso bar. Additional dining options are a short walking distance to adjacent Ko Olina Resorts, including The Four Seasons and Disney's Aulani.

Policies: No Pets, No Smoking.

Kona Tower interior villa renovations will be underway January 4 - June 23, 2027. Construction noise and activity can be anticipated, although all amenities are expected to remain open.

Units are assigned at check-in. Some units categorized as "Ocean view" may have a partially obstructed view to the ocean (landscaping, edge of building, etc.).

These accommodations are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax (OTAT) which are already factored in the list price -meaning no extra charges for you.

I am the owner of this timeshare week and am duly registered with the Hawaii Department of Taxation to collect and remit these taxes (which are included as part of the above price of $6,500 for the week) under the following registration numbers:

Additional local taxes apply that will be collected by the Resort (Marriott): $35/night for 2-bedroom units (subject to change). Self-parking is free for the first car and fee for an additional car. Valet parking is available for an additional charge.
