One bedroom villa guaranteed oceanfront view in either the Napili or Lahaina Tower (Note: exact tower assignment is finalized by the resort at check-in, but as a long-time owner, we will request whichever tower you prefer).
• For Rent by Owner: We have owned at the MOC Napili since it opened and have vacationed here almost every year.
• The Season: Late February/Early March is prime, peak whale-watching season in Maui. Enjoy breaching whales directly from the property or go to Black Rock Beach to snorkel or scuba (good place to see turtles)
• Self parking is free since you will be a formally registered guest of an owner
• Complimentary wi-fi
• Standard housekeeping is included (mid-week tidy)
• Marriott Maui Ocean Club does not charge any Resort Fee
• Only fees are the State and Local Hawaii Occupancy Tax which are responsibility of renter
