This is such a beautiful resort with so much to do: full spa, multiple pool areas, tennis, games, etc. We love the free shuttle bus down to Crystal Cove State Beach, which is also just a short walk away.

Weeks can be reserved 12 months ahead so it's advisable to close by early 2026 to reserve your best week for 2027. I have been in Marriott-Westin-Vistana ownerships for 20+ years and can answer all your questions.

I just contacted LT Transfers who quoted approx. $400 for closing/transfer/recording fees, plus $95 ROFR which will be refunded if Marriott decides they want this week back. Buyer to pay all closing, transfer and maintenance fees.
EOY maintenance fees are always paid half due 1/1/2026 (currently $1000.83) and the second half ($1000.83 est.) due 1/1/2027
