We've owned this property for many years and are not able to go this year. It is a gorgeous property and we love the area as well.
There are no extra fees or taxes. Furthermore, there are no other resort fees or any parking fees. These dates are currently sold out for the property but if available would go for over $600/night.
All villas face the ocean but some have better views than others. Rooms are assigned at check-in but we can request certain buildings in advance and we can advise on what would best suit your needs. The request is not guaranteed but in the past they have always given us what we wanted as long-term (15 years) owners.

* Master suite has a king bed, TV, Jacuzzi style tub and large shower with twin shower heads.
* Guest room, with private access to a full bath, is furnished with a queen bed, a double sleeper sofa, and TV.
* Spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD.
* Dining room table can accommodate 6-8 people. Separate breakfast bar between kitchen and dinning room.
* Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dinnerware service for 8.
* Washer and dryer in villa, with an ironing board and iron.
* Private Balcony/patio has table and chairs perfect for a sunset dinner.
* Free Wi-Fi available in Villa and public areas.
