Points available for your rental dates

Posting of 8,750 Vacation Club Points for 2027. Can be used systemwide, if available, for multiple weeks stays at Marriott Vacation Club properties.
You let me know what week(s) you are interested in and I will check if they are available. I will collect a small refundable deposit then, I will then make a reservation for you at the Marriott Vacation Club of your choice in your name. Upon confirmation by Marriott, the agreed upon rent would be due within 30 days.
Price listed is for one week at Marriott Newport Beach Villas, but other properties will have various point values which will add or subtract from the price listed. I am using Redweek rentals prices as a guide.
